Order Processing:

• Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of receiving payment. 

• During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer, and I'll notify you if this is the case. 

 

Shipping Methods & Costs:

• I offer standard UPS shipping within the United States. 

• Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and order weight. 

• I also offer expedited shipping options (e.g., UPS or FedEx Express) at an additional cost.  Please contact me if you require expedited shupping.

• Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated based on destination and weight. 

• International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility. 

 

Delivery Time Estimates:

• Standard shipping within the US typically takes 5-10 business days after processing. 

• Expedited shipping options may offer faster delivery times. Please contact me for specifics. 

• International shipping delivery times vary by destination and can take anywhere from 7-25 business days or longer. 

 

Returns & Exchanges:

• I accept returns within 30 days of receipt of your order for a full refund or exchange. 

• To be eligible for a return, the art print must be in its original packaging and in unused condition. 

• The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a mistake on my part. 

• If you receive a damaged art print, please contact me with photos of the damage, and I will be happy to provide a replacement or refund. 

• If your order does not arrive or is lost in transit, please contact me immediately, and I will assist you in resolving the issue. 

 

Shipping Delays & Other Circumstances:

• I am not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, postal strikes, or other events beyond our control. 

• I will make every effort to keep you informed about any shipping delays or changes to your order. 

• If you provided us with an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred in reshipping the order. 

• I reserve the right to adjust shipping methods or delivery times if necessary.
